Authors are invited to submit abstracts of four pages that have not been published or submitted to other conferences, workshops, papers or book chapters. The abstracts may be written in Portuguese, English or Spanish. Submissions must be in Adobe Portable Document (PDF) format 2-column IEEE conference, available at http://www.ieee.org/portal/cms_docs/pubs/confpubcenter/pdfs/samplems.pdf.
The abstracts will be reviewed by at least two experts of the Program Committee of the conference and the final versions, if approved, will be presented in technical sessions and made available in digital form.
