Brazil is in a great boost phase of its maritime activity, developing a broad program of shipbuilding construction and offshore exploration and production. With a growing demand for ships and offshore structures, new shipyards emerge on all the country.

In order to enable new opportunities, it comes the Second Naval Cluster Fair 2013. Among the many events that constitute it, will occur NAVTEC 2013 - International Conference on Offshore and Marine Technology: Energy and Sustainability, in the city of Rio Grande - RS, from 14^nd to 15^th March 2013, at the premises of the Federal University of Rio Grande - FURG.
